Data collected

LightSapien Private Limited operates this website. The contact form collects name, work email, company, optional phone, service interest, message, optional marketing consent, source page, and limited hashed technical data for spam and abuse prevention.

Use of data

LightSapien uses submitted information to respond to enquiries, qualify service requests, route nPlanner demo requests, maintain records, improve the website, and operate lead-capture workflows.

Analytics

GA4, Vercel Web Analytics, and Speed Insights are optional and controlled by environment variables. Invasive tracking is not enabled by default.

Storage and retention

Lead submissions are stored in a configured database, CRM webhook, or email provider. Production deployments must configure at least one destination. Records should be retained only as long as needed for enquiry handling, business administration, compliance, and dispute management.

User rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data. LightSapien will review requests using the contact email below.
